The kids are treated well and do fine, but parents aren't treated as well. If a patient has to miss an appointment it takes a full 6-8 weeks to get another appointment so basically there is no such thing as a make up appointment you simply skip one or extend out the treatment.
Financial staff is rude and impossible to work with. If it wasn't for the $2000 they want for the first few months of treatment to allow me to go to another orthodonist I would happily go to the one my other child went to. The only reason we chose this office is because this child wanted invisilign and they talked her out of that anyway. I really regret my decision.
Business Mgr didn't even bother to return our calls. Office staff is awful. Avoid this place at all costs.
